Crying baby blues.

Son is not stop crying

I have a new born about eight week old now.  He is my first child so this is new to me.  However, up until today he was very easy going quite baby.  Sleeps well and unless it is time to feed him really never cried.   Today is has been non stop with the crying.  I hold him and he fine but I go to put him down and he starts in right away.  He is not sick and I have been breast feeding him so he eats well.  Any ideas as to whats up?
