How long does it normally take to do a filling

My baby sister Mya will be getting a filling done this Friday.  I am like to know about how long does it take to get one filling done?  It will be one of her back teeth if it make any difference .  I want to know since I am getting drag along with her.   I wanted to stay with a friends that day but my mom said not until after my sister gets the filling done.
